Hello, my garage door didn’t want to close so I submitted a help request form with the Garage Door Geeks. They called me back quickly and told me that most of the time this happens when a sensor is blocked and sure enough that’s what it was. Our garage door was opening on its own and would not close. I called Garage Door Geeks and Tim showed up same day. He quickly diagnosed the drive gear and sprocket on the motor of the garage door opener as the problem. The problem part was replaced. Tim also replaced the rollers on the door, gave us some maintenance tips and educated us on doors and their maintenance. Super guy, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I had Garage door problems AGAIN. Our master lift is aging.. This was the second time using Garage Door Geeks. I remembered the great service then (more than 3 years back)
