I called Garage Door Geeks because the spring holding up my garage door was broken. Living in Cabbagetown, Toronto I had plenty of service providers to choose from but looked no further than my first call - to Garage Door Geeks. The voice was polite and confident, the price was right, and I felt comfortable enough with the call to look no further. The service person, Yurii, was on-time, careful to remove his shoes at the door and had a great demeanor. The door works perfectly and Yurii took the extra time to lubricator all of the door components. I took the time to write this review because the company deserves a compliment. Good for them :-). The office was easy to deal with and provided good advice regarding our situation. It was very helpful to send photos so they knew exactly the setup. One thing I would recommend is the office remind customers that box store bought openers have a rod that comes in pieces while one bought directly with GDGs would have come as one piece. I didn't appreciate that and maybe would have bought directly through them. Tim did a great job on the installation and spent lots of extra time to program our cars to the new openers. Much appreciated.
