I was in a panic. My 44 year old Stanley garage door opener was suddenly on its last legs. The lock to the rear door of the garage was broken. I was really worried that it was not going to open in the AM with my car inside. Erick responded to my overnight e-mail and called me at 9:30, found me a better deal on the garage door opener I had selected and committed to an emergency installation that day. Tim gave me a heads up at 12:45 that he would be arriving at 1:00 (was promised he'd be there between 1 -3) & quickly & efficiently installed my Chamberlain unit in just over an hour. He then explained how to operate the unit and was kind enough to inspect a neighbour's opener and give her some helpful tips for some problems that she had been experiencing. The service call concluded with a discussion re options/pricing for some new weather stripping around the garage door which will be delivered/installed next week. Very fair pricing! Tough to deal with, they want to add additional charges for a black door, this is insane. Additional charges for rails. I wish they could have kept it simple like the other companies. I went somewhere else.![Google]()

Do you want to deal with professional, up front about costs and good quality labour? If so, Garage Geeks is excellent to deal with. They had a technician out the next day to address the project. These guys provided excellent service that was timely and affordable. The technician even helped me out by adjusting the rails and tightening loose bolts so that the door closed flush, free of charge. I would highly recommend using them![Google]()
